Mocca cupcakes English
easy chocolate muffins with Mocca frosting.
INGREDIENTS
Chocolate muffins
- 150g flour
- 150g sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2,5 tbsp cocoa
- 20g butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup water
- 50 g chocolate (chopped)
Frosting
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp boiling water
HOW TO
chocolate muffins
- Pour all the wet ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- add all the wet ingredients to the bowl and stir again to a uniform mass.

- turn on the oven at 180 degrees and bake them for 20 minutes.
- when the muffins are baked, they must cool completely before the frosting is applied.
frosting
- put boiling water, sugar, and coffee in a bowl, and whisk until stiff.
